Instructions for the installation of the M-1 Carbine

To properly install your mount simply do the following:

Drive the rear sight out of it’s dovetail in the carbine receiver ( Drive  left to right ), and replace the sight with the dovetail nut included with the insta mount. Put the base in proper location on top of the receiver with mount projection forward. Put cap screw in place and tighten as tight as possible. (DO NOT USE AN EXTENSION ON KEY )
